Labeling and Encoding Services
Labeling and encoding of durable hard RFID tags presents significant challenges. To support our customers initiatives RFID TagSource offers labeling and encoding services for any of on-metal and durable encapsulated tags.
 
Tags can be provided pre-encoded with or without labels.  Our standard labels combine a durable white polyester material with black thermal transfer printing and a permanent adhesive.  This provides a very high quality image on an incredibly durable label that has proven to survive in very harsh environments.  Printing options include any combination of 128 barcode, Data Matrix, and human readable content.
 
Data used for labeling and encoding can be provided by the customer in an Excel spreadsheet or generated sequentially.
 
Advisory Consulting Services
For large RFID project deployments many organizations engage with established systems integrators.  Working with a experianced integrator can help your team ramp up quickly and establish an internal knowledge base for continued support.  We work with many of these organizations and will gladly recommend one or more that may be a good fit for your project.
 
For projects where engaging with traditional systems integrators is not a good fit we offer our Advisory Consulting Services.  We provide industry insight and subject matter expertise for organizations new to RFID.  This works well for specialized industry specific solution providers and end-user companies who choose to use internal resources but could use assistance with customized training, vendor evaluation, product selection, and planning and deployment.
