After months of planning and a significant amount of effort the Rutgers University RFID Laboratory and Testing Center is up and running. RFID TagSource played a leading role in the formation of this lab and have pledged our continued support. As noted in a recent article in Packaging World Magazine the lab will offer a variety of testing services and be available for academic and industry training...but that is just the beginning of the story.

The Rutgers RFID lab will enable RFID TagSource to expand our capabilities and support advanced research within the Rutgers University community. The lab also provides students, professors, and local industry with a resource for studying application scenarios and developing business cases where RFID can add value. Finally, it provides RFID TagSource with a vehicle for mentoring undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students; sharing real world scenarios of "RFID in action" and helping them understand how having access to this facilitiy can have a positive impact on their career.

Our customers continue to push the limits and we do whatever it takes to support their initiatives. We also support our local communities and academic institutions. Supporting the Rutgers RFID lab is a natural evolution of our role as a growing company in the technology industry.
